 Small, weird story thing based off of how I felt about weird things when I was 11.

 Some random notes I made while looking at the architectural notes of the Bascillica in Italy. Engineering GENIUS. I LOVE IT.

 I've done many, many self-portraits of myself in my life so I decided to do a spin on it and do a cut out of myself. The head DOES move a little bit, and in case anyone is curious (most people seem to get curious...) the moving parts are made of paperclip and tape. The paperclip is the wiring that lets the head swing.

This actually took a lot longer than it looks like because I made very careful drawing constructions before I cut it out if you can see the backside of the papers.

 I sorta like how that coke can turned out.

 What a lazy page... BLAGH, I say, BLAGH.

 I tried to make it look like some cheesy book story thing. The drawings are sooo bad that I think the story failed to look glorious. =__= Oh well...

 I did a IPA vowel chart to mouth shape thing. I just wanted to make sure that I would know how to draw mouth shapes in different vowels for my own reference in the future, hehe. :P

This is a charcoal reversal self-portrait rendering there are some very, very obvious mistakes between the photo and the real thing, but with the amount of time I had to finish it up, I'll take it. Due to the shortage of time I just worried about making it look complete versus actual accuracy compared to the actual reference photo. For the most part it is correct and if you didn't look at the original photo it looks legit, so I'll take it~. Hopefully the next time I do a big project like this I'll manage my time better.  

 Continuation of those paint dumps from last time. These are the last paint dumps.

Paint dump~ All of them are what I'm going to call speedpaints. Each one was about 20-40 minutes. Technically I should have been doing these a loooong time ago. =__= Blaahh... I have about 4 more to finish up before I can declare this assignment finished. Hahaha.... And sorry for the intrusion of my fingers - the pages are still wet and fold like stupid. P:

 I wish I had more time to work on this, I really do. I had two weekends to work on it, but sadly, one weekend might as well have not existed because I had to go to my 9-5 job for one of those weekends. I took this weekend off to get it done to a level that is hopefully passably okay. I'm considering working on it some more even after turning it in for a grade because this is just appalling in terms of what I copped out on to just make it look finished. The shirt, the wall in the back, the helium tank, and especially that manhole. (The manhole I REALLY can't wrap my brain around, though. P: )

For now - this is finished.

Hat studies. Below is a sketch of a piece of my room. It's a radio... it's been unused since I was 12, I swear. It is old. >__>

The photo is suuuper bad and unclear quality... but this is what my current life is... working on this. P: Basically, I "black" out a white bristol board with charcoal and then i get the shapes out by using a kneaded eraser. it's a test of shape judging. I've spent at least 5+ hours rubbing out and restarting areas, especially the boy. I really regret picking such a busy photo to copy (it has a helium tank, balloons, sewer manhole, and lines on the walls) especially since I barely had an entire weekend to work on it due to my boring 9-5/6 job as a retail sales associate. P:

It's bad quality so it's hard to judge stuff... but I added an even less clear image of the ORIGINAL photo I'm copying for it. XD So... there? I dunno~ It's looking pretty close to me, even with that photo so I'll let myself be happy with that thought.
